Hello from Christian Counselling Insight. I am a Christian Counsellor who has worked in the profession for the last 20 years. I provide counselling services for a wide variety of issues.

Relationship counselling, including pre-marriage, marriage, and Family & Parenting Counselling.

Focused psychological strategies such as CBT, ACT, IPT and relaxation strategies for mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, grief & loss.

Coaching and skills training, including: communication skills, time management, anger management, self-esteem, career counselling, and emotional intelligence.
I have always had an interest in combining therapy with faith; I share my faith with my clients and encourage them to know the Bible and live out God’s word which gives healing, restoration, reconciliation and brings order to life; I saw how that healed their emotions and made them prosper in life. I consider Isaiah 50:4 as my call to work under the ministry of Christ through the counselling profession.

Counselling is a positive experience for recovering from a painful past and for experiencing the freedom to move forward in life. It engages individuals in a thinking and creative process that motivates them and teaches them the skills needed to reach their potential and prosper in life. Counselling clarifies and resolves the past, engages the present and inspires the future.
